If your life is out of control and you feel like you are about to loose your mind, stop…… be calm and wait. Reflect on your behaviors, the way you have been treating people, your goals and where your life seems to be heading. Talk to people that will tell you the truth and stay away from those that will tell you what you want to hear.
Once you know your direction and your head is clear, begin again. If your life is like a racing train down a mountain, eventually it is going to come off its tracks and crash. When you finally hit bottom and gain some awareness, it may be too late to fix what is lost. Avoid the pain, stop and gain awareness and get things back on track.
