Baby Steps

You are going to have to plan.  Things don’t just happen.  You don’t need control over the people around you; you do need control over yourself.  Think about what you want; your goals in life. Come up with a plan and a path toward those goals.  Break your activities down into doable tasks. Do some of those tasks each day and keep track of them.  Baby steps first, than walking and then running; you can get there.
